I had an appetizer along with my meal at my first and last visit to Doc's. The Mexican style shrimp cocktail was a disappointment. It had white fish, 3 tasteless rubbery shrimp (frozen shrimp I believe ) and was heavy on the horseradish. My grouper with a crawfish sauce, fresh steamed broccoli and rosemary potatoes was blah. The bloody Mary's I had were awesome!! Mahi Mahi & Crab cakes were amazing!! Steak was a little bland.. other than that. .the live music and atmosphere was great..I'll visit again if Im in the area!!

We love to stop here for lunch when we on our way to the island. Love the location. Great clam chowder an ahi tuna burger. The menu though has changed and its a little pricier but the service and view cannot be beat.
Every time I visit Corpus Christi I try to stop here. This go around was good. The only few things I wish were improved would be more fans, and bigger portions. I had the bacon wrapped shrimp, stuffed with crab meat. But I could hardly taste the crab. Or the cream cheese.. I do wish there was more of a sampler platter because mind you I only really get sea food when we go to the beach. We have ordered and are re-designing our kitchen to enable us to do more Homemade items. Awesome food excellent service the best seafood restaurant in Corpus and view is to die for.
