Worst visit ever at North Haven location! The doctor Shah unprofessional! I had an 8:00am appointment for physical routines checkup. I got there at 8:00am, and I was the first person there in the morning. Front desk crew told me Doctor forgot to write test in the notes (Completely unprofessional) when i was there for physical checkup nothing was checked/tested lol. I was really upset at the fact that I had an appointment and had to wait so long till 9:30am no contact from doctors by staff.
If I could give this establishment no stars would be fitting , I went to get a physical for a dot medical card , and walked away as a 68 year old women with a possible heart attack , not only did they get my age right , they gave me a ekg that had to be done 3 times , and the doctor was very rude I recorded my whole interaction there and will be filing a complaint , I would no way recommend this place , BTW the assistant was great and I appreciate all her help
