In October 2009 I went in to pay my monthly fee. At that time I informed the woman that I would be moving out at the end of November and I asked that she go ahead and use my debit card information when the November payment was due to make payment...I was told yes, she could do that. Today I found out that they did not draw out the November payment. I called to find out why and ended up having to pay a \$15 late fee!
