Tried to call to start the process of becoming a patient and staff was extremely confusing and difficult to hear. Tried to ask following questions and staff made no sense and didn’t understand any of my questions. Wish I could have actually talked to staff at location vs call center and ai
Love the Dr, took time to know my needs but the medical assistant was horrible. I asked him 3 times to speak louder and he mumbled so he had to repeat everything 2 to 5 times.
I like Dr Steven Salcedo. A genuinely nice guy that I will continue to use as my herb doctor.
