Ate there last week. I had the shrimp/flounder/deviled crab plate. Best fried seafood I've ever had! This has become our family's beach tradition. I think this was the fourth time we've eaten there. Always a great meal!
There seafood and steaks are awesome u get ur monies worth. The staff are great also.
Food was ok, service was absolutely terrible. And I wait tables for a living so I'm pretty flexible, but that was awful needless to say we won't be back.
Every year our family goes to Cherry Grove for vacation, and Dockside is a must! Best seafood ever!!
Absolutely the worse seafood we have ever eaten since coming to ocean isle. Scallops were like eating snot. Flounder was not eatable because it was full of bones. The steak was disgusting and full of fat and gristle. The only good thing served was a baked potato. Service was mediocre. My husband was told by the cook that if he didn't like bones in his fish that he needed to eat jellyfish. Couldn't even get management to come to the table. Will NEVER EVER return to this so called seafood place.

Dockside serves the BEST fresh seafood that I have ever tasted, and is worth the detour going to and coming from Myrtle Beach as we drive down from Raleigh.
Probably the BEST seafood I have ever had! Would recommend to everyone! Totally worth the drive from any part of the Grand Strand and without a doubt the best value I've found!
Great atmosphere, family friendly, all abc permits and the best seafood I have ever eaten in my life!!! You must go.
