RecommendedEating those fresh caught fish from Lake Superior. Smoked, fried or fresh brought back home and cooked yourself, it’s all good..... and don’t forget to grab some of their salmon dip😋😋😋
Brought home a fillet of smoked Steelhead. It was exquisite. Except for a little wine, didn't want anything else to interfere with the taste of this. I eat a lot of smoked seafood all over and this is one of the top 3 ever. Pure smoked perfection without masking it with different seasoning themes.
herring was great! also lots of souvenirs and maple syrup. oh, and did I mention Dorothy's root beer?
