Favorite spot!!! Chef Ernie has this place on lock down!!! Best catfish, jambalaya and just plain everything on the menu!!! Sit on the deck and take it all in!!!
My evening at dockside was excellent . The hostess was very polite and the food was amazing , service was on top of things as well.
The food and atmosphere is awesome. Some of the best blackened red fish I have ever had. And great oysters.
Ernie and his crew hosted our annual Camp Rudder Link Up this year. I had eaten there before and it was amazing then. Service is top notch, food excellent, and a great atmosphere! Thanks again! These old Army Rangers thank you for the hospitality!
Walked in and waited a good while to even be acknowledged. Got seated and our waiter was very attentative. The dining room was old and the tables were covered with paper. I had grilled tuna, after asking about several other things on the menu that they were out of (like mashed potatoes and their soup of the day). My tuna was seasoned ok but dry. We sat in a booth. The seats were dirty. Seemed they were lacking attention when tables are wiped down.
Chef Ernie is the man!! No one creates dishes like this man! Everything I’ve eaten that he’s cooked has been second to none, and he always has a smile on his face and kind words to speak. Great service at the restaurant and a beautiful view. If you’re not eating here you’re missing out!
