PLEASE BE VERY AWARE OF WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO Using Dr. K. Dockery and his practice was one of the WORST decisions of my life. I was referred to him through my doctor and other wonderful reviews that I had read. I was dealing with a throbbing ear infection and went to his practice. Very good surgeon – Dr. Dockery performed surgery on me some years back on my sinuses. He was very direct and to the point. We have shared some laughs, but he can be about business as well. I was surprised to find out he was the chief surgeon of a near-by hospital. His work on my sinuses was complimented not only by my pcp, but other docs who have had to take a look up there. Prepare to wait an hour before seeing the doctor – I visited Dr. Dockery's office 3 times, all with a wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The doctor is knowledgeable but not worth the hassle. The office staff was supposed to get my test results via fax and could not do it for over a week! If you are a busy professional, either get ready to take the whole day off or avoid this doctor.
you will love this guy!!! – Not only is he the chief of surgery of the affiliated hospital, but he is very down to earth. I had my son's tonsils removed by him and this was a very good experience. I felt like I knew him. You won't be disappointed. I didn't ever experience long wait times, if I did, I think it would not really bother me because he was such a good doctor with a wonderful staff. I will be calling him to get a referral for another specialist soon.
Awesome Doctor!!! – There is not enough good I could say about Dr. Keith Dockery. I was very ill with abscessed tonscils and the urgent care center I went to immediately called for an ambulance to take me to the emergency room for emergency surgery. I had no insurance and could not afford to do this. A nurse called Dr. Dockery who agreed to take me right then and there; and he did the extraction in his office with only local novacaine to save me thousands. Best ENT in Georgia – My children and I have been patients for 5 years. Dr. Dockery placed tubes in both of my children's ears. In fact, he saved our youngest child's hearing. He is a wonderful doctor and is great with children. His staff is also very knowledgeable and eager to assist in anyway. I am fortunate to have a wonderful place to take my children.
Great ENT! – Dr. Dockery has preformed sinus surgery for me 2x, excellent results! He was very honest telling me that the same irritants that caused the scarring, cysts and polyps the first time were still in the air and that I may need another surgery. Dr. Dockery's Office: A Home Away From Home – I have been seeing Dr. Dockery for the past 4 months and he is great! I also found his staff to be very chipper and courteous. It isn't everyday that you can find a specialist like Dr. Dockery, conveniently located in the buckhead/downtown area of Atlanta, who is so willing to tell you the truth with compassion. I'll be returning to his office not only because he is superbly skilled as a physician, but because I sense that he really cares.
