Mark took the time to talk me through by phone a fix of my Williams Space Shuttle Pinball Machine. He was very quick to respond to my initial e-mail inquiry, and suggested I call so he could talk me through a fix of my machine. I'm am located in a different state and outside his service area, but he got my machine up and running great. Very knowledgeable and professional.
