Terrible company, the are helping landlords scam you out of your security deposit. They do not keep up with the properties they manage its like they are getting kickbacks from the landlords. They will nickel and dime you on everything. My advice is to stay away from any properties they manage. If you happen to rent from them or are presently take plenty of pictures moving in and moving out. Document all interacts no matter how small. Trust me in the end they will find any reason to try and keep you money.
