I’ve only been here for one semester so far and they’ve had 3 power outages that lasted all day (no air, water, or elevators) and the elevators have problems EVERY WEEK!!! There’s 27 floors and only 3 elevators which HARDLY work! People get stuck in them and you end up taking the stairs to get to class because the elevators take 15-25 minutes to come. I stayed there for the summer and let me tell you that the staff is absolutely unfriendly. They dont even say hi or anything at the entrance and an Asian guy was always asking us our id to enter that was very uncomfortable because he knew for sure that I was living there. The staff never helped me with the remotes controls, cups for the coffee or city information. The food was ok i guess the bad thing they dont allowed us to take food aout of the cafeteria.
