Got me in as a walk in and took care of my truck right away. I had sworn away from using Dobb’s after several bad experiences with the Arnold location, but the Dobb’s off of Dunn Road has restored my faith in their techs and in Dobb’s as a whole.
They did an awesome job of setting me up with 4 new tires at a reasonable price. I told Ben, the guy that assisted me that I needed new tires that were good, inexpensive but not cheap. He did not quote me the cheapest tires he had but the ones that were best for me after asking me a few questions about what I wanted. He did give me the price on some that were cheap but for comparison only. He was excellent to work with. Great customer service and worked quickly.
