I brought my car in for an oil change recently and forgot to tell them that my brake light was on. However, during an oil change, all fluids are supposed to be topped off so this should have fixed my problem anyway, as my fluid was just a bit low. When I returned to tell them about this, they kept changing the topic of conversation, as they obviously did not want to go back and fix a simple problem. Meant to write this review a year ago. Better lat than never! I brought my jeep Cherokee (lifted, big mud tires) in to have the brake lines replaced. Pretty expensive repair of course, took a few days, no big deal. The DAY I got it back from them I suddenly got that "death wobble". Extremely dangerous problem that is difficult to fix. Brought it back in that day, told them what happened and they absolutely refused the idea that it could've possibly been their fault at all. Completely dismissed us. We took our daughter's car in for an oil change before she headed back to college, and on the way home the engine light came on. We immediately returned, and they QUICKLY hooked the car up to the computer to diagnose the problem, put the car on the lift and found that a mouse had chewed through a vacuum hose. They replaced it AT NO COST! My daughter was on her way, and on time :-)
2.5 hr wait for oil change is insane and told not staffed to use Quick Oil Change bays
A bit of a wait, but the results are unbeatable. I'd rather wait at Dobbs instead of on the side of the road.
Had an oil change the staff were friendly and my oil change was completed pretty fast. Great experience
