Well today has been very stressful. Went to CVS to pickup some pills, and when I returned to my car it would not start...bad battery. Had AAA come and jump start it. Took it to Dobbs Tire & Auto in Shiloh. Mike Cimino helped me and was able to get me into the shop quickly and had the battery replaced within 40 mins. Thanks Mike for the prop and professional customer service.
Get a second opinion when they tell you that your car needs an alignment. They told me I needed one while my car was in the shop, took it elsewhere and was told my alignment was perfect. These people are liars. Manager is completely untrustworthy.
I wouldn't give the place a star. If you ask a manager approximately how long the wait it is at a their "quick lube"..... (and they have 2 cars being done and two waiting).... yet the answer is a sorta snotty "you're asking a question I cant answer" then I question your experience in your profession and won't let you touch my car.....
I bought 4 new tires from this location awhile ago, and although they seemed pricey, I absolutely do not regret choosing Dobbs! I needed a flat tire fixed and their service was above & beyond my expectations, plus the repair did not cost me any extra. I am so grateful for Ron and the staff at Dobbs in Shiloh for how they helped me get back to driving safely again!
