They had our car for 5 hours to get a safety and emissions test, only to do absolutely nothing. We called 5 hours later and the guy at the desk just says “I thought they would have had it done, but the ONLY person who does those are now at lunch we can have it done by 1:30pm” we dropped the car off at 7:30am and picked it up, completely untouched, at 1pm. RecommendedSeptember 2022!!! UPDATE: This is the only place we’ll use for tires and brakes!!! Ed and his team provide SUPERIOR customer care and GREAT service.
