Joey, the service manager and Michael, the field rep are great and helpful! They installed new undercarriages on a 550K and straightened a warped track frame. Then, Joey was incredibly helpful and repeatedly working error codes on a almost new 650P. Joey has been incredibly responsive and follow through is absolutely excellent! Joey works hard to help clear codes with their remote access via JD Link to help customers avoid those understandable but expensive per mile fees on a service call for those folks way out away from to... read more
