I am a owner at the Fairways and I`ve been waiting over 8 months for a water leak to be addressed, with no proper resolution. I also submitted a complete request with all required documents, and received no response or acknowledgment for over 10 days. Lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this HOA management.
I am a Mountaindale Condo owner. Rich the property manager is extremely combative. It's an upsetting encounter with him every time, as he argues every point. He says customer service is not his job (I believe it).
