Always my favorite meal in town.
The drinks were Amazing and the King Onion soup was to die for! Their Hot Bacon dressing is the best I’ve ever had!!!
food was great. drinks were cold. tent was warm. service was excellent. we ordered a drink from the special menu. king onion soup. crab cake app. sirloin sandwich. all yummy. the shop was eclectic.
Fabulous piece of history and great food.

This place is a must visit in Gettysburg
Lovely colonial tavern with good food and very attentive, helpful waitstaff. My waiter, Grant (like the general he said) went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit and lunch. I will be back.
The French onion soup was the best we ever had! The atmosphere can’t be beat. Very romantic.
The Dobbin House is our “go to” place whenever we are in Gettysburg. We love the Tavern as well as more formal dining “upstairs”. It has been a long year away, but it was so good to get back!
Dobbin House Tavern has a 4.6 star rating with 9,332 reviews.
