I had a good experience with ROC EZ Auto. Erik Stark, the finance manager was easy to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable. My only problem was there lack of flexibility regarding the list price of the car I did end up buying.
Has a very easy and pleasant experience. Erik S was extreme helpful and friendly. Not as pushy salesman at all ! We will buy from him and his dealership again

Emailed to ask a simple question.. "What's the price?" as it wasn't listed in the ad. They responded quickly which was great... But when I told them thanks but too far out of the price range I continued to get emails almost daily from them. Too pushy for my liking.
I have no complaints. Erik friendly, kind, courtesy and knowledgeable. Did not buy the FX35 because I was very considered about the mileage.
Sent several emails advertising their dealership and salesperson saying how great they were and wanting to help, but NEVER answered my inquiry as to how much the car was or if it was even still for sale. Emailed several times asking about the unlisted price and they never answered my question. Didn't seem interested in giving information on the car I inquired about much; not sure how to buy the car if they won't give me how much it costs.
