Dr. McCranels is great!! The staff is great. I highly recommend this place.
RecommendedThe staff here is the most caring and attentive staff! They truly want to do everything to help you get better. From the doctors, nurse practitioner, therapists, office and front desk staff, they are all amazing! They greet you with honest smiles, listen and are concerned about you, and come up with the best treatment plan. My son and I received the best care and can not give them enough thanks for all they did during our healing journey. I highly recommend Injury Treatment Solutions! They are truly the best!
They told me NOT to take any pain meds before my physical therapy visit. Then on (3rd visit) I ran out in tears from the pain after telling them 3 separate times about 5 minutes apart and being ignored. 2 days later they cancelled my appointment with a few hours' notice due to "irrevocably damaged relationship with the doctor". They never called to ask me how I was doing after that last appointment. One doctor runs the place and gives assessments while another works on you. Seemed like a great place until then. Was going from doctor to doctor for 7 years with chronic mid back neck pain till I tryed Dr Stuart McCranels. After 2 visits he found that I have pinch nerve and with his manipulation fixed problem area. Previous doctors over 7 years was ordering 8 x rays and 3 MRI and adviced me injections and when my pain and stiffness turned to numbness advised me to have surgery on my spine. Great staff, friendly and very accommodating for my scheduling. Highly recommended. Has helped me with my pain and discomfort. Drs are very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs.
Best place to be if you are in pain and want it to go away. Best customer service I have experienced in 25 states. Xrays, physical therapy, rehab, chiropractor, and nurse practitioner all under one roof. I have never heard of ultra sound therapy for an ankle until I came here. They have equipment in therapy, that I have never seen. If you need traction, if you have problems with your neck, back, legs, arms, etc., you're gonna want to come here. Injury Treatment Solutions is absolutely amazing. The staff are exceptional. Always friendly and very attentive. The Drs are extremely knowledgeable and really do care about your progress. They do everything they can to try and help you to alleviate your pain. I highly recommend them. Thank you to all of you for everything you do for me.
