This has been the worst dental place I had been to. They claim that my dental insurance does not pay them. Our first dental service was Oct 13 prior to coming they confirmed they accept my insurance. When I came back on Oct 24 for a chip /broken crown, they told me that I need to pay upfront before they can service me. I told them that since it has only been weeks from our first visit, its very unreasonable to say that my insurance does not pay them. Dr do was the only dentist who was able to do 2 root canals on me without feeling any pain or discomfort he was super respectful and was very nice as well as all of his staff!! This was the best dentist experience I never had and I'm a big sissy when it comes to dental work!! Shout out to Dr do and thank you for making it a enjoyable experience!!!! Highly recommend this dentist
Going here was a waste of my time. Prior to scheduling an appointment I asked if the dentist can do prefabricated crowns because that's what my insurance would cover. I was told yes. I also told the dentist only prefabricated crowns were covered when we were discussing my xrays. The insurance denied the crown authorization because they weren't prefabricated. Best Dentist ever!! Efficient , great work , friendly staff; highly recommended!
I went here years ago for braces. He extracted two teeth from only the left side of my face. I wish he would've tried an expander first because now the left side has been feeling empty compared to the right. Looks worse and my smile is smaller on the left side if you can image that. When I bite, there is a small space where my teeth aren't touching on the left side since my right side is much fuller and complete. He did not try to straighten my teeth as much as he can.
