This is one of those "wish I could give 10 star" reviews! I had the service tech Darell come out to my mother's duplex. We recently put her in assisted living and the off-white carpet (bad color choice for any carpet) was horrible. Hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in years. Stains, everything, gone! He worked super hard on getting the entire duplex carpet restored. A great person with integrity equals GREAT work. That's the way he rolls.

I would give no stars if I could. Had apt for 11:00, I showed up right before apt and found a note on my door stating they had come early and if I would like them to come back they would charge me a $35 trip fee. I understand if I missed my apt or was late but this is just bad service. Beware.

Know it not are fault you wasn't their. Sorry you feel that way but we tried to do our best have a good evening
I loved it they guys have done a excellent job on all my rooms I will be using them again I recommend that everyone use them I am a very satisfied customer
Darell did such a great job cleaning my couch. Impressive work especially after my two dogs left soiled stains on the couch, he left it looking like new again! Thank you!
My carpets have not been cleaned this thoroughly before! I have small Yorkies and the pet stains and odor is gone. Very pleased with Darrell and his company. Will call again for sure! Christie Miller
