Too expensive, said there was all sorts of issues with my fireplace and that I am not burning the correct wood (which after consulting other experts, the wood I burn is fine). Should have shopped around for better pricing, my fault.

Josh is the lead technician that performed the repair with 2 other technicians. They came in and were extremely cordial. They laid down a black tarp to catch debris that they may have picked up from outside and also possibly tracked from my unfinished basement. The team was professional. They were finished within a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up. They offered suggestions for future jobs as well.
