The pros: Very prompt service, the technician showed up the next day on time and knew exactly what to fix on my fridge. The cons: The technician, Alex, has a bit of an attitude on him and I thought he was rude with the way he spoke to me. Also, the small water inlet valve for the fridge was outrageously priced! 185 dollars for something that I could have payed no more than 40 dollars for online.
