I took my engagement ring in to have my diamond set into a new ring. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill that the jeweler and salespeople had. I needed my ring to come down a lot and expected there to be an issue with it but he did the impossible. He was able to make my diamond fit into a ring that it really didn't want to fit in and size it WAY down and it turned out beautiful. I feel very comfortable and at ease with their service, and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.
This was my first time having work done on my bracelet. The experience was outstanding. I’m going back to them to have my daughter and my ankle bracelet repaired. They made me feel so warm and welcome and I was not pressured to purchase anything because I can in for a repair like most jewelers. I was completely satisfied.

I took my engagement ring in for a repair (broken band, it was a thin band to begin with) in addition to getting it resized. The guys there were super awesome and friendly! When I picked up my ring it looked BEAUTIFUL and fit like a charm � I have no complaints and would definitely visit again with future needed jewelry repair.
