IMy first contact was thru the website, then text. I had 2 pieces of jewelry I wanted appraised possibly sell. I made an appointment same day and Sam was very nice, personable, professional and honest about the value and quality of my items . He recommended that I sell them through several free social media outlets and even said I could meet potential buyers at his store for safety. The store was bright, clean and had many unique pendants, rings. Thank you Sam!
