I wish I had read all the reviews Im seeing on here before I had bought my hair tool last Monday June 6th 2022 at the ************* in *******. Looks like most of ** have gotten ripped off by this company . Terrible company and they hound you and wont take no for an answer till you buy what their trying to sell you. The girl that was hounding me said that she would send my receipt to me in a text. When I looked at the text later on my phone I saw that they had added a $15.50 tip to my ****. This business preys on customers believing their material misrepresentation of their products. I purchased a hair halo from a home and garden show relying on information provided to me at the time. The hair cannot be dyed to match without considerable damage to the product. Multiple attempts to reach the company went unanswered. In addition, a complaint filed with the Attorney General of AZ also went unanswered. Please BEWARE. Companies such as this should not be allowed to survive.

I had a issue with the tools and they got back to me quickly. I bought the styling comb at a expo. Got it home it worked amazing but gave out after a few weeks. I called them they told me to send the old one back, they sent me a brand new tool. Really happy with their customer service.

Scam sale hard to contact very good talk when they sale and after buy you will never see them again after they sale you and finish tell you and show you how to use tools the guy ask for money tip he tell I work so hard for you have to tip me what the f..k you sale me product and I have to tip too scam scam for everything

I just purchased a styling comb pro at a home expo in ******, **. The one I brought home doesnt work at all like the one they demoed on me (I cant get smoothie hose or curls). They showed me an infrared light on the comb and said the product heats via steam, causing no damage to hair. The one they sent me home with doesnt have infrared light and my hair does touch the heated element behind the comb, so there will be damage. The vendor made me pick a sad face or a happy face depending on if I liked him or hated him. Then later I found out this was a tip. I bought something from him so there shouldnt have been a tip. Im 13 and he took advantage of my age.

I purchased a styling comb at the home and garden show in ******* **. The sales person, ******, fixed my hair with it and since mine broke I thought I would buy it and give it a try. He told me it had a lifetime warranty and 30 day return policy. I didnt use it till after 2 weeks of buying it. It didnt work. When I really looked at it the lettering was worn on it. He sold me a used product for $200!!! I got scammed. Now I will return it and I will get my money back from my bank. How awful. Beware people at those shows and ch... read more

Love the styling comb! I purchasd it at a women's expo in ******** **. but about 2 years later 2 teeth broke. I emailed customer service because of the lifetime warranty. My comb was replaced quickly but I did have to pay about $25 shipping to return old one and receive new one. They did send me the newer version. Never had a problem with selecting right heat setting and maintaing heat while styling.
