Purchased a few at a hairshow in June of 2023 . Used a handful of times and is now completely done. Wont turn on and I wasted $200. Sadly I thought they were going to be good and bought a few to sell to my clients. This company is a disgrace to the profession. Duped :(

I purchased the light weight styling comb and have to say I love it. However, after several months, the teeth have begun to fall out making it useless. I have tried and tried to contact someone from this company, but no one returns calls, answers emails, answers the chats or the messages on ********* I guess I am stuck with a defective tool and will have to look elsewhere to purchase one. I would not purchase any of their tools in the future.

BE CAREFUL This is absolutely FRAUDULENT BUSINESS this happened in ********** mall ca, I went to the mall with my niece shes minor age when she was waiting for me outside because I was paying something in other store. she was victim of harassment from retail store seller, that in the middle of the hallway trying to convince her to buy this product and she told the guy that she was a minor and she was waiting for her *** and he doesnt care insist and insist until he convinced her she have no experience and they dont explained... read more

Im so disgusted by the customer service, I spent $700 on product that missed parts, no representative respond to you when finally do I still havent received missing parts DO not buy anything from them they just washed the hands saying that was different contractor to contact them worst company ever

I got conned like the rest. Showed up as an expo, made my hair look beautiful. Hounded to buy that the product is $399, look at the box its marked $399, today inly its $150. They are all sharks and sales rep got ***** with me when i tried to deny the sale. Im convinced they use a great product on you and send you home with a $20 eqivilant to conair. AVOID

A sales rep at a show in ******* stoped ** and demoed a steam iron on my sister. He did her hair in beach curls very fast and it looked really cute. What I didnt like is how insistent he was. He showed us how to use the tool and made it look very easy. When I asked my sister if she was confident about doing her own hair (shes not) he put on a ridiculous halo wig and started styling that to show how easy it would be to do yourself. Extremely difficult product to use. My hair is breaking and strands are left wrapped around the brush. I was not told when i purchased the product that there are no refunds. I purchased it at a show in ********** on 10/16/22. Have spent a couple of hours over the past few days watching videos and using the same techniques the DNA Hair Tools stylists use in their videos. I purchased the hair tools last year at the Arizona State Fair. The plate on my flat iron had cracked recently. This year, I brought it back to the ******* State Fair and they exchanged it for a brand new flat iron. The women are super sweet and professional! Great experience. Thank you!! I love my hair my flat and Im so glad they kept there word and gave me a brand new one for my broken tool.
