The hinge broke on my Samsung laptop. I texted David for a quote. Not only was his quote $100 less than another repair guy in Lacey, but he also happened to have the part already on hand. He was able to get it fixed within a few hours. Very reasonably priced, responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!
So helpful and kind, explained the issues with my laptop clearly, and was very quick.
Awesome good service. He was fast and got things done. I believe his price is reasonable and I'll definitely come again. Fyi for new customers, his shop is inside the coffee shop. I got confused trying to find the entrance.
Located in a cool little coffee shop. This guy has great communication is professional, knowledgeable and fair. Would highly recommend anyone who's tired of trying to troubleshoot themselves to just come here. 10/10 solid biz.
