Medical care itself is easy, communicative, and adaptive to my needs. Appointments are easy to schedule from an admin perspective and have lots of availability and telehealth options.
This place is terrible, you will speak to someone offshore in the Philippines. If you don’t fill out the forms they want (not official and only design to sue you if you miss a appointment) not including zoc doc information within 4 hours they will cancel your appointment without official notice . I made my appointment on Thursday for Friday and when I woke up my appointment was cancelled even though I uploaded my insurance information and everything. UNSAFE DOCTOR They NEGLECTED to add the birth control I listed in my intake form to their records. He prescribed me a medication that made my birth control ineffective, provided me no information or warning of such affects. Months later, I was forced to get an ABORTION— a position i would not have been in if he had correctly documented my patient history and informed me of the inference between medications.
