I had an overall very positive experience. As a seller, I want a realtor who will give me advice, listen to me, and be responsive to my questions. Dave and his team definitely were all of that. Always quick to return a text or email. My process went as smooth as could be for selling in this market. I'd def recommend Dave and would use him (and his team (Tiffany)) again. Thanks.

This group has fabulous customer service, always kind, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants to either buy or sell a house, and not have to worry about all the things that are involved. These guys are awesome!

We recently closed on a property. Suzy was great with communicating and clarifying any and all questions we had. She worked to make sure everything was correct and we closed quickly. We had specific ’wants’ and she worked tirelessly to help us find it. We love our new house!!

We made sure after the second showing to let Cody know we were i... read more
