I called DMS Plumbing with sewer water all over my bathroom floor. They were at my home that afternoon and knew right away what the problem was. They returned the next morning with a camera to confirm it, then dug up part of my front yard to get to the blocked line. Doug was very knowledgeable and friendly and there were at least two workers on the job at all times. We were struggling with our Nuvo water softener. The company sent someone out within 2 hours. Doug not only changed the filter, but showed us exactly how to do it, so we can do it ourselves next time. I will definitely call on them again for any plumbing issues.
