One day, the floor in our kitchen become very hot. After some internet research, my husband diagnosed it as a hot slab leak. We called DMS Plumbing late that night and they sent Doug out first thing the next morning. After a quick look around our house, he diagnosed the issue as a slab leak and gave us a quote. We were already impressed by his knowledge. DMS really went above and beyond in helping me with my leaks. I feel very lucky to have come across a company that takes pride in their work and more concerned with the happiness of the customer instead of just getting in and out with more money than was necessary to actually finish the job. I had some problems with my sinks and scheduled an appointment with DMS Pluming. Christina was very helpful and was able to work with my schedule. Doug came out to check out the sinks and he was able to take care of them in no time! He's a true professional and I can't thank DMS Plumbing enough for the great service! Since their customer service is so great, i'll be using them for more projects around the house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a plumber with excellent knowledge and customer service.
