Slum Lords!! The property is disgusting. They never clean the breezeways, paint is peeling of the building, chunks of cement falling off walls, pool is peeling all the way around, pipes sticking out causing trip hazards, they refuse to take care of residents issues in the interior. The management are rude and uncaring. Stay away from any property managed by DMI. In 20 years of renting apartments, this is the worst ever!!!!!!
The Deauville Manor is filled with the sweetest kindest salt-of-the-earth folk. Great place to live. Dogs of all sizes are permitted and there is plenty of park area nearby to walk them. I would recommend this place to live to any of my friends.
Deauville Manor apartments managed by DMI is filthy and disgusting. The office staff are rude and obscene. The building has been cited for many violations by the city including but, not limited to termite infestation, damaged parking lot, deteriorating building, trash, unauthorized vehicles, and a city nuisance. Do not expect to have any sort of repairs responsible for by DMI be completed and, DO expect to be treated as a felon.
