Worst management company I've ever worked with, 4 years and never replaced the carpet that was crap before, 6 mo to repair dishwasher, 6 mo to do a crappy repair on back doors. I'd advise no one to rent from this outfit.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. DMG cheated me out of my money and would take weeks to answer any issue I ever had. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Rent elsewhere and save yourself the stress and money. I don't know how Robert, the manager, sleeps at night the way manages this "business".

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mediocre service while you are living there at best. If you have problems with neighbors that are also renting from them, their advice is to keep calling the cops. They will not help. Once you give notice that you are moving out, they treat you like you are trying to screw them over even after 2 years of perfect payment history. Charla is cold and uncaring. All they care about is their money, not your situation even if you have been a perfect tenant for 2 years. They wanted me to pay for utilities ... read more

DO NOT RISK MOVING IN TO ANY DMG OWNED RENTAL PROPERTIES! They are incompetent. In the six months I have lived in their property my garage door broke, garage ceiling fell in barely missing my vehicle and the place flooded full of sewage. I was on vacation when it flooded and DMG did not even notify me even though the next door neighbor in the same duplex was under water. I came home a week later to sewage. not worth any rating – This company does not hold up with the lease agreement they put forth. they state a charge for carpet cleaning then double the price and worse yet they refund the deposit of one tennant and keep the other one's deposit. They give you 14 days to dispute but do not respond within the same time frame..AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!! you will be happier in the long run

WORST EVER – We have rented from DMG for about two years.We are moving out now,and they want to show the house while our stuff is still in it,and us.My grandfather just died I have a house full of people,and they want to show it on that that day.

Poor Real Estate Company – DMG real estate is the worst realtor I have had to deal with. Our contact (Robert) was very difficult to contact, and barely spent anytime discussing any concerns we had once we were able to contact him. DMG also overcharged us for several items after moving out, including several charges that are specifically listed in our lease. Horrible service – wow, these people can't even type a lease agreement. I signed the lease and went home and realized numerous mistakes. The girl in the front is rude and talks to you like you owe her money. You have to be very careful doing business with these people (or better yet, don't do it!). READ OVER the lease or whatever agreement and don't sign stuff without reading them. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD!
