The waterline connecting my sprinkler heads was damaged in placing fiber optic network in Kearney. I contacted the office in Norfolk to inquire about assistance and received assurance that it would be taken care of. Someone was out that afternoon to repair the damage. I appreciate the politeness of those I interacted with and the promptness of their response. Good customer service
Same issue as Jason Pierzina… I live in Kearney, NE and they dug several holes in my yard and the sod is not only poorly put back but the ground underneath it isn’t even solid. When I step on it my foot sinks a 3+ inches… worst I’ve ever seen. Do better.
Worst replacement of dug up sod I’ve seen. You’d think since they were granted access by the city into our private yards, they would do a little better
