Such an unfortunate experience. I came in excited for a Covid vaccine research study and was approved. They then went through multiple rounds of trying to understand what it meant that I happen to be a transgender woman. This included being asked by a “Doctor” whether or not I had had a uterine transplant, a procedure which I replied that for transgender women does not currently exist. My name is Al-Sameer Cooke, and these people used me as hard as possible. It’s July 24th, 2025. I come back as per my 30-day required visit. After the session, this black guy at the front told me these words: “We’re gonna have your payment processed to you in about an hour”. That was the 24th at around 1:15pm. I am writing to file a formal complaint and review against DM Clinical Research regarding the unacceptable way in which your clinical trials are operated and managed. First and foremost, DM Clinical has failed to honor the most basic part of its agreement with me as a participant: payment. I thought about how to make this review like my visit I didn't wait long, only a couple of minutes I don't usually like the feel of a clinic I was prepared for it to be dull, cold, and purely analytic But Sheri was kind, attentive, and I had fun So if you're visiting a research clinic; I'd recommend this one I hope her boss sees this, she truly made my day She may not remember my name, but tell her it's from CDL-A
