I was trying to figure out parking and managed to get in on time, only to sit in the waiting area for 25 minutes without any communication from the staff. I’m not sure if this is normal, but it was very frustrating. Between the construction and the cost of parking, this will probably be my last visit

Appointments are overbooked leaving patients waiting 30 to 45 minutes.
Recently I was called for a study but not treated well by the person interviewing me. It was very hostile, then I waited a month to get a call back, entered into a study to come in past pre-screening, then twice paused. Never a return call after that. The process for entry (pre-screen) is nominal and then the wait time for approval is pretty fast paced.
