DLZ architects are knowledgeable, thorough and professional.... I can't say enough for their positive attitudes and helpfulness.... These projects don't build themselves, so I need trusted guidance from folks like DLZ.
DLZ Indiana is in "charge" of the Tapp Road project in Bloomington that has been an utter mess. Constant delays, lies, and no accountabilty. We were told after months of delays Tapp road would be open on 11/10, months late. Then that was a "mistake". The "real" date is 11/17. Well that day has passed and Tapp road is STILL CLOSED. They clearly have issues managing a project or have other projects they feel are a priority. But in the end, they couldn't care less how inconvienced the people of Bloomington are.
