Watch Out Still a resident. Apt has had 3 leaks where carpet smells and possible mold. Been there only 6 months. Another leak occured in kitchen, they did repair. Had three items listed to repair at initial move-in. Only two have been completed. Thought with the price of rent should have better accomadations, not sure now
It's mediocre It's not great or terrible. The management is meh, and as others have mentioned, maintenance takes FOREVER to get around to any request, big or small. Apartments are constructed poorly, so be prepared to pay very high utility bills. On the plus side, it's safe enough, neighbors are quiet, it's located in a nice part of town, and there's enough parking. Overall, I do think it's overpriced and you are probably better off looking for an apartment elsewhere
a Constant battle with management The management here are nice at first, and then indescribably rude and condescending after they have gotten you to sign the lease. They will charge you exorbitant fees and provide little to no explanation. Your apartment will fall apart and they will refuse to fix it and/or completely ignore you until you give up. In summary, if you want your life to be consumed with a non-stop fight between you and your landlord, Polos on Park is the place for you.
polos is run by thefts and dishonest people polos on park is a very rundown apt complex. it is ran by dishonest people and they all don't care about anyone but themselves. They have screwed over all the vendors in this town and the people who have lived there. DONT LET YOUR CHILDREN STAY HERE! ITS DANGEROUS AND MISLEADING !
Disappointed at Polo I have been a resident for the past 4 months and recently the experience at the pool is anything but relaxing. With a cool cup of ice water in a plastic cup in my hand I entered the pool and was told by a maintenance man that I could not drink in the pool. He also told other swimmers the same thing about their drinks and put a damper on the whole occasion for the group previously enjoying themselves. WOW I recently moved into Polos on Park and have been impressed with the whole experience so far! The pool is a good place to relax ands unwind on the weekends and the rest of the amenities are great. I look forward to the rest of my lease!
