My second trip, love the female massage who rock. The facilities are nice and clean. Love it
I received services from D'Lor on January 13th. I was severely burned after a touch up by one of the stylist. I returned to the salon to show the stylist and the owner how my scalp was badly burned. The salon owner suggested that I put my scarf on too tight. I asked for a refund, but she refuses to give me my $130 back. She states that she can give me a free shampoo and a free scalp treatment...NO THANK YOU!! Beware of this salon!! If you have any type of issue, good luck with getting your money back...
