Love it! I never feel judged by anyone here :) I have recently taken a few classes and felt at ease even though I wasn't on the same level as some of the other people. The instructors offer variations on just about any exercise, Yoga pose, etc. and everyone is helpful and friendly.
Not just a gym but a support system of encouragement! No intimidation. Can't say enough about this place.
