What a great work out with friends and family today.�
Ralph and I thought we were in pretty good shape for our age but after working out with silver sneakers at D'Leans we are so much better. We move better, lost some weight and we have fun. We have meant new friends and the staff is amazing. Thanks to everyone for helping us be better in our golden years.
When I first started going I had no idea what I was doing! They made sure if they couldn't be with me they out me with another member that did. I've been to several gyms but never felt comfortable enough to ever go back, this is not the case here! I love this place and all the people there! Everyone has been so supportive and encouraging every time I go, they all really care about your goals and getting you HEALTHY, not just about your size!
