Everyone was very encouraging no matter what point they were in their physical fitness journey! I felt very special -- that they wanted to be with me every step of the way.

I've attended this fitness facility for one year now and can't tell you what a great environment it is for all ages and fitness levels! You'll never meet a more dedicated staff! They have taken me to levels I never thought was possible at 55! Now I can keep up with my gorgeous grandgirls!
First time I've ever been there was today and I immediately felt comfortable. Not over crowded and had a nice, big locker room. Highly recommended to anyone!
