Our firm has used DLE Legal Services for many years and have always had incredible service. Specifically, Ms. Sheyla Pena went above and beyond yesterday. Yesterday, I was in a panic to locate Returns of Services for a deposition. I have no doubt that DLE had previously provided same; however, I could not find them. Within 5 minutes, Ms. Pena provided me with all (and they were numerous) Returns of Services directly to my email. She could not have been more helpful, efficient or professional in her actions. Before working with DLE, I was working with a large service provider. I was unhappy with the service because they sometimes failed to meet requested deadlines. It was causing me a big problem as the service requested wasn’t served on time, so I had to make excuses to clients. I was referred by a friend who highly recommended DLE. I had used Roy and DLE at a prior firm. They also go the extra mile to get individuals served. One time, we had a case where an individual was evading service. We found out he was on probation, so DLE waited for him outside his probation officer’s office to serve him. They always respond to emails and phone calls, and deliver 5 star service.
