Before working with DLE, I was working with a large service provider. I was unhappy with the service because they sometimes failed to meet requested deadlines. I had used Roy and DLE at a prior firm. They also go the extra mile to get individuals served. One time, we had a case where an individual was evading service. We found out he was on probation, so DLE waited for him outside his probation officer’s office to serve him. They always respond to emails and phone calls, and deliver 5 star service.

Our firm needed service to be effectuated in a timely manner. We were having some problems with the previous server, such as delays in the cases, clients becoming upset, issues with invoicing, and so on.
