Jeff Petch You more than likely got ripped off by DLB Flooring Source Daniel lee batterbee is notorious for using Armstrong materials to bait and switch people with. You should check any leftover material with an Armstrong representative to be sure you actually got what you paid for. You probably got ripped off just like everybody else. Deals that are too good to be true, are never a good deal. Since you are in real estate you are familiar with fraud. This place is Perfect my name is Jeff Petch and me and wife shopped over at DLB'S flooring source and the service we got was top notch.. His prices cant be touched(believe me we shopped everywhere) We had some armstrong hardwood and carpet installed and everything went perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone.. dlb flooring what a scam company buyer beware!!! I have taken this company to court and won! this company is now in comtempt of court . They are suppose to respond to a court order by jan 2010 . this has been go on for almost one year and not settle yet.MR Batterbee is the one that I have been dealing with. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! The most unprofessional business we have ever worked with. They refuse to return calls and have left our house unfinished! Our home is in an unsafe condition with two young boys. There is not another side to this story. They are paid in full and refuse to return to work or return calls. BAD SERVICE follows BAD MORALS Unfortunately, I have had the same HORRIBLE experience with this company. I waited 2 months for the flooring to be delivered after paying over $7000. Excuses began to pile up and NO wood flooring as promised.1 year later I still dont have the wood flooring and this one man shop still preys on people paying him upfront for the perfect flooring and then keeping their hard earned money knowing there's not much they will do. Ripped-Off Do not do business with this guy! He truly is a hack. We had been shopping around for Armstrong floors and slick DLB came up with an out of this world price. We supposedly only had a week to take advantage of this great offer from Armstrong. He showed us supposed dealer prices from other vendors and explained how everyone was ripping customers off. We had to write a check, since his Credit Card machine was conveniently out of service (Suntrust somehow could never get anyone to come out and look at it). He sold us ... read more

DLB Issues NSF Corporate Check on Closed account The first tile ordered and the second tile ordered were the wrong tiles, but had second delivery installed as was tired of the 2-3 weeks wait at the Holidays.######Mr. Batterbee informed me that I had an $85 refund due for the wrong tile and inconvenience, etc. Almost a month later, after numerous excuses why the check was never available, on 12/27/08, a check for $50 was issued on the DLB account at SunTrust Bank, which turned out to be NSF on a closed account.
