Not surprised to see all the negative feedback on Danny Batterbee of DLB Flooring, Orlando, FL. He was a very good salesman, and personable, not to mention i found out we were both from Michigan while talking. He gave me what i thought was a good deal on some hardwood and i ordered more than i needed just in case i had some bad boards because Danny said it would be NO PROBLEM taking returns. Long story short, i had 4 boxes of returns for a total of $235. I returned it to the distributor for him no less! Then came the excuses... read more

me and my husband went to dlbs flooring source and we had a perfect time there.. the price was more then fair and the service was excellent... these people on here are just probably other flooring stores.. I strongly suggest people to use dlb flooring source.. we did and the job was done on time and we were very happy with the job.. Jan and mike branch
Jeff Petch You more than likely got ripped off by DLB Flooring Source Daniel lee batterbee is notorious for using Armstrong materials to bait and switch people with. You should check any leftover material with an Armstrong representative to be sure you actually got what you paid for. You probably got ripped off just like everybody else. Deals that are too good to be true, are never a good deal. Since you are in real estate you are familiar with fraud. This place is Perfect my name is Jeff Petch and me and wife shopped over at DLB'S flooring source and the service we got was top notch.. His prices cant be touched(believe me we shopped everywhere) We had some armstrong hardwood and carpet installed and everything went perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone.. We purchased 1000 Square Feet of Robbins 1st Quality wood Flooring from DLB flooring. We were delivered 1000 square feet of Timberlake UNWARRANTED wood flloring which was obviosly factory seconds (maybe factory 3rd quality) wood flooring. Danny Battersby told us that factory made a mistake and he would fix the problem. We returned the wood to Mr. Battersby with the promise of receiving a full refund. dlb flooring what a scam company buyer beware!!! I have taken this company to court and won! this company is now in comtempt of court . They are suppose to respond to a court order by jan 2010 . this has been go on for almost one year and not settle yet.MR Batterbee is the one that I have been dealing with. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! The most unprofessional business we have ever worked with. They refuse to return calls and have left our house unfinished! Our home is in an unsafe condition with two young boys. There is not another side to this story. They are paid in full and refuse to return to work or return calls. Run and don't look back! $4700 on laminate and carpet, unfinished work, no return calls, need I say more? Stay away from Mark Langlois his flooring guy, he is just as bad if not worse than Danny Batterbee.
