There was a no show to the appointment as discussed and scheduled. Maybe they forgot. All in all if you can't show you're suppose to call and reschedule the appointment. The customer shouldn't have to call you.

I used this service almost 3 years ago and in full disclosure had some administrative problems such as scheduling etc leading to a subpar yelp review. I recently interacted with the owner and and am impressed and humbled by his willingness to make things right even though this cleaning episode occurred years ago. I have been looking for a housekeeper for a minute, and David & Lorena were highly recommended to me. I have used them a couple of times already. They are prompt they bring their own supplies, courteous and they stay in contact with you for instance if they are running late or something, but most of all they take their time to make sure you are happy with their work. I know I am happy! Thank you !

I’ve tried one of those on demand cleaning apps in the past and always got a sketchy vibe from the kind of people that came to clean my apartment. I typically don’t like strangers coming into my apartment while I’m not home but i trust these guys. I’ve worked with them for a few years now and have always gotten a good vibe from them.
