I had a great experience the first visit I made to this salon. However, when arriving at my second appt, I waited over 45 minutes. No one paid any attention to me as I sat, and sat, and sat. Receptionists at the front desk avoided eye contact when I began trying to catch one of them to speak with about my lengthy wait. Glad I drove 20 miles out of my way to go back home having received no services. So frustrated!
