The managers have always been available when I need them. They handle my concerns in a timely manner and are professional about what they do. I think the value of service is well worth my money. For all the records of my tenants and everything going on there is great attention to details. I have never had to worry about anything when I am away.
Terrible business. Owner targets military members by touting military experience. From one Soldier to another...to anyone for that matter...steer clear. Worst business experience of my entire life.
This company & their reps are very rude, disrespectful, & obviously don't care about taking advantage of service members as we come & go. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
HORRIBLE. The main broker, Fernando, lacks professionalism and manners. They are only out for money, and will do whatever it takes to get it, including bogus charges. Will not fix any issues in the home, and will make false accusations if you defend yourself. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
This is by far the worst realty company I have ever done business with. They do not remedy issues with the property on a timely basis, don't care that the house is falling down and only seem to care about the money. Do NOT do business with this company. Their practices are unfair and they will keep your money each month without making any repairs.
