DKD Associates always handles any issues I have on the same day. They are really fast to respond, which I appreciate.
DKD does a great job handling repairs in a timely manner. They make sure to do quality work when called upon as well.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DKD ASSOCIATES. My husband is in the army, and we moved to the El Paso area from a different state. When we got to the new rental property, the keys didn't work in the door, but the moving truck was there so my husband had to hop the fence and go through the back door. Once we were in the house, we realized that the fireplace that was advertised on their website was not in the house at all. I have never used any other company for property services and now that I've been with DKD I have no reason to use another.
For the most part I feel that the residential managers at DKD handle any concerns or problems that I have in a timely manner.
We rented from DKD Associates for over a year and never had any issues with getting necessary repairs completed. We liked the fact they had specific repair companies that we could call when a repair was necessary and were never denied any needed services. I own mostly single homes that are managed by DKD Associates. They do a wonderful job, so good that I can't think of anything they can improve on. I highly recommend their services to you
I have been using DKD Associates since 2009. I have never had a problem with them during our4 years of working together. They are great with communication and being availble whenever you need them. They are wonderful at finding tenants right away and the renovate well. I definitely recommend DKD to anyone and everyone! They are a great business and will do whatever they can to help you out!
